[Correspondence of the Richmond Dispatch.] SEPTEMBER 22, 1881. [...] George A. Holliman, late of Southampton county, a young man of prepossessing appearance, is under arrest here on the serious charge of stealing a mule and wagon, valued at $300, the property of Mr. George W. Congdon, of Chesterfield county. The team was stolen while standing in the street in this city on the night of the 10th of September. It was discovered by the police a day or two ago that the mule had been traded for a horse in Sussex, and the wagon for a sulky in Prince George, to both of which the prisoner confesses. He implicates others in the theft.
