Saunders Applewhite widow of the late Albert M. Applewhite of the Courtland community, died November 12, 1911, survived by two sons, Randolph and Ashton Applewhite, and three daughters, Mrs. Thomas Vaughan, Mrs. C.W. Dickens and Mrs. Luther Whitehead. Mrs. Applewhite was a member of Applewhite’s M.E. Church, and a woman numbering many friends throughout her home community.
