She was the widow of William H. Allen. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Veronka Allen Rideout of Franklin, and one son, Lee R. Allen of Newport News, and two grandchildren. Funeral services were held at the Holland Funeral Home Wednesday October 30, at 3 p.m. by Rev. R.D. Stephenson, pastor of the Baptist Church with burial in Poplar Spring Cemetery. Active pallbearers were William P. Baker, Harry Jones, E.C. Jernigan, Sam Mitchell, William Duck, Boy Widmer, G.C. Duck and John E. Beale, Sr. Lula Dell (THOMPSON; Mrs. William H.)
