Main St., died Jan. 23, in a hospital. Mrs. Arrington, a Nansemond County native, was a member of Beaver Dam Baptist Church and the widow of Charles Arrington. Survivors include three step-daughters, Inell Rutledge of Carrsville, and Carolyn Clifford and Tina Goodson of Franklin; two step-sons, Charles Arrington of Courtland and Eugene Arrington of Maryland; and three brothers, Oscar V. Tomlin of Pennsville, N.J., James J. Tomlin and William Tomlin of Franklin. A funeral was conducted Monday in Wright Funeral Home by Revs. Richard Peerey and Edwin Thorton.
