G. Durham Ipock. McDowell Funeral Home was in charge. Baugham died Wednesday in Southampton Memorial Hospital. A native of Southampton County, he was the husband of Mrs. Carrie Griffin Baugham. He owned and operated Twin States Exxon station. A member of Boykins Baptist Church, he was also past president of Meherrin Valley Coin Club, and a charter and honorary member of Boykins Volunteer Fire Department. Other survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Betty Baker of Courtland; a son, Robert E. Baugham Jr., of Sedley; two sisters, Mrs. Lillie Johnson of Capron and Mrs. Susie Underwood of Franklin; a brother, Olie Baugham of Stony Creek; and five grandchildren.
