NORFOLK, September 26.- Intelligence has reached Portsmouth of the death of a former well-known citizen, Mr. William S. Bogart, which occurred at his residence, in Savannah, Ga., on Friday night. Deceased was the father of Captain John S. Bogart, of Southampton county. The remains arrived in Portsmouth last night, and the interment took place in Cedar-Grove Cemetery this morning.
