His D.Cert. (#7155) states he was bd. in Windsor, but he does not appear on the IOWCS GSSTF lists. Though the informant was his brother, Wm.H. Jr., it incorrectly lists their mother as Mary E. (CHAPMAN; Mrs. William H. Sr.) BOYETTE - it should read Martha S. Martha & Wm.H.Sr. are bd. in Antioch Christian Church Cemetery, near Windsor. [Jno.Thos. & his family appear in 1920 Census on the Windsor to Courthouse Rd., Newport Dist., IoW.Co.] [Wm.H.
