James Ward and Arthur Ayers. Burial was in Poplar Spring cemetery, Franklin, with the Rev. J.W. Horne Jr., officiant. Beaton died Wednesday in Sanders Nursing Home, Gloucester. She was a native of Southampton County and the widow of Livious L. Beaton. She was a member of Bethany United Methodist Church, Gloucester Point. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Robert W. Jordan of Gloucester Point; three sisters, Mrs. Emmett Johnson of Handsom, Mrs. Gus Frenkel of St. Petersburg, Fla. and Mrs. W.G.T. Tuttle of Richmond; a brother, Howard L.
