AMY MARTHA BEALE

   BRANCHVILLE - A funeral service for Miss Amy Martha Beale, 80, was 
held Tuesday at 11 a.m. in McDowell Funeral Home, Boykins.  Burial was 
in Beechwood Cemetery.

    Miss Beale died Sunday in Southampton Memorial Hospital.

   A native of Southampton County, she was a member of Branchville 
Baptist Church.

   Survivors include two sisters, Mrs. Virgie Grizzard of Branchville, 
and Mrs. Mildred B. Turner of Richmond, a brother, Lawson D. Beale of 
Branchville; a niece and nephews.
