IRMA ROSE HALL RAWLS BELL 

   PORTSMOUTH - A funeral service for Irma Rose Hall Bell, 53, will be held 
today at 11 a.m. in Southampton Memorial Park by Dr. R.E. Brittle.  Wright 
Funeral Home, Franklin, has charge.

   Mrs. Bell died Monday in her home.

   A native of New Bern, N.C., she was the wife of Charles A. Bell.  She was 
a member of the Riverside Methodist Church and was a former employee of Union 
Camp Corp. in Franklin.

   Other survivors include her mother, Pattie Williams Hall of Franklin; two 
daughters, Cheryl Ann Rawls of Meridian, Miss., and Charles R. Darden of 
Franklin; and three sisters, Frances H. Lowe, Gail H. Tawney and Ruby H. 
Morris, and two brothers, Elmer K. Hall and Charles D. Hall, all of Franklin.
