Brittle. Wright Funeral Home, Franklin, has charge. Mrs. Bell died Monday in her home. A native of New Bern, N.C., she was the wife of Charles A. Bell. She was a member of the Riverside Methodist Church and was a former employee of Union Camp Corp. in Franklin. Other survivors include her mother, Pattie Williams Hall of Franklin; two daughters, Cheryl Ann Rawls of Meridian, Miss., and Charles R. Darden of Franklin; and three sisters, Frances H. Lowe, Gail H. Tawney and Ruby H. Morris, and two brothers, Elmer K. Hall and Charles D. Hall, all of Franklin. Irma Rose (HALL RAWLS; Mrs. Charles A.)
