MILTON RIDDICK BELL

THE TIDEWATER NEWS

   Milton Riddick Bell, a former resident of Franklin and brother of Shepherd 
Bell of this town, died Wednesday at a Portsmouth hospital at the age of 26. 
Besides his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Willis S. Bell of Portsmouth, he is survived 
by two sisters, Mrs. Frances Fortt of Washington and Miss Julia Bell of 
Portsmouth, and five brothers, Shepherd Bell of Franklin, David Bell of Capron, 
William Bell of Washington and Wesley and Earl Bell of Portsmouth.

   Funeral services were conducted Thursday afternoon at 2:30 o’clock from the 
Snelling Funeral Home, Portsmouth, internment being in Olive Branch Cemetery.
