Besides his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Willis S. Bell of Portsmouth, he is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Frances Fortt of Washington and Miss Julia Bell of Portsmouth, and five brothers, Shepherd Bell of Franklin, David Bell of Capron, William Bell of Washington and Wesley and Earl Bell of Portsmouth. Funeral services were conducted Thursday afternoon at 2:30 o’clock from the Snelling Funeral Home, Portsmouth, internment being in Olive Branch Cemetery.
