He was a native of Southampton County and the son of Annie Roberts Bulls He was a member of Vincent Grove United Methodist Church and was a retired employee of Tidewater Construction Co. Other survivors include a daughter, Vivian B. Mack of Newsoms; two sons, Curtis Wayne Bulls of Chesapeake and Ronnie Bulls of Franklin; a sister, Annie Virginia Teagle of Virginia Beach; and a brother, Buddy Bulls of Franklin. A funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at graveside in Southampton Memorial Park by the Rev. Eric R. Alexie. Wright Funeral Home, Franklin, has charge of arrangements.
