BLYTHE Mrs. Thomas Algie Blythe died at her home in Franklin Sunday night in her 42nd year, after an illness of about two months. She was the daughter of the late Elisha and Mrs. Eleanor Bradshaw of this county, and is survived by her husband and three children, Miss Helen Lena Blythe, Thomas, Jr. and an infant daughter, Margaret Anne. She is also survived by a sister, Mrs. Maggie Hoggard of Norfolk. She was a good wife, a kind and indulgent mother and a consistent Christian character, a member of the Friends Church at Sedley, the family moving to Franklin from that town about two years ago. Funeral services were conducted from the Franklin Baptist Church Monday afternoon at 4 o’clock by the Rev. R.D. Stephenson and interment followed in Poplar Spring Cemetery*. The body bearers were E.L. Beale, M.G. Councill, C.C. Blythe, J.C. Bradshaw, Samuel Turner, Bismarck Hoggard, Roy Johnson and S.S. Blythe. Annie Mae (BRADSHAW; Mrs. Thomas A.)
