Clyde Alderman and Dr. R.E. Brittle. Burial was in Southampton Memorial Park. Blythe died Saturday in Southampton Memorial Hospital. A native of Southampton County, she was the widow of Jesse Blythe. She was a member of South Quay Baptist church and its Adult Bible Class and Ladies Missionary Society. Survivors include a daughter, Aldine B. Duck and a son, Jesse DeBordenave Blythe, both of Suffolk; a stepdaughter, Sweetie Blythe of Franklin; three sisters, Nancy Story of Franklin, Georgie Fowler of Suffolk and Bertha Cogsdale of Hampton; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
