Melvin Dollar. Burial was in the family cemetery near Franklin. A native of Southampton County, she made her home in Burlington, N.C., for several years. She is survived by one son, Jesse Philip Blythe of Burlington; one daughter, Mrs. Florence Taylor of Roanoke; one brother, Walter Bradshaw of Ivor; two sisters, Mrs. Mattie Harris of Franklin and Mrs. Rosa Spivey of Emporia; two grandchildren; and a number of nephews and nieces.
