TILLIE MORRIS BLYTHE

   FRANKLIN - Funeral services for Tillie Morris Blythe, 52, were held 
Wednesday in Wright Funeral Home, Franklin, by the Rev. Jessie Jones.  Burial 
was in Poplar Spring cemetery.

   Blythe died Monday in Leigh Memorial Hospital, Norfolk.

   She was a native of Carrsville and the wife of Dempsey Blythe and a 
daughter of Mrs. Grace Nelson* of Suffolk.  She was a Baptist.

   Other survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Linda Blythe Bowers of Courtland; 
four sisters, Mrs. Grover Barrett, Mrs. Edna Jernigan, and Mrs. Lakie Babb of 
Suffolk, and Mrs. Sue McClenny of Salem, Va.; and two brothers, James Morris 
of Suffolk and Johnnie Nelson of Jacksonvillle, N.C.
