Ira D. Hudgins. Burial was in Poplar Spring Cemetery with W.J.M. Holland & Sons Funeral Home in charge. Pallbearers were Paul Camp III, Paul Camp Marks, Bobby Marks, J.M. Camp Jr., Webster Walker Jr., Harry Walker and Ray Turner. Mrs. Ballard of 1520 Clay St., church and civic leader, died Friday in Southampton Memorial Hospital. She was a daughter of Paul Douglas and Mrs. Ella Cobb Camp and the widow of William Marion Ballard. She was a member of Franklin Baptist Church, a former chairman of its hospitality committees, and a member of Franklin Garden Club. She is survived by four sisters, Mrs. May Walker of Southport, Conn., Mrs. Willie Younts of Atlanta, Mrs. Ruth Campbell of Franklin, and Mrs. Texie Marks of Boykins; and a brother, Paul D.
