[sic; C.] Bunch at the W.J.M. Holland and Sons Funeral chapel. Bunch, 67, a farmer in Isle of Wight County near Franklin for half a century, died yesterday in a Washington, D.C., hospital. He had been ill for a short while. Last rites will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Friday by the Rev. Ira D. Hudgins, pastor of Franklin Baptist Church, and the Rev. R.D. Stephenson, retired Baptist minister who is supplying pulpits in Portsmouth. Burial will be in Poplar Springs [sic; Spring] Cemetery. Bunch, a member of the Franklin Baptist Church, is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Viola Bernice Buglio, of Pocasset, Mass.; Mrs. Violet Louise Hopper, of Philadelphia, and Mrs. Gladys M. Hobson, of Chevy Chase, Md.; seven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews. ****************************************************************************** Joseph Bunch Rites Tomorrow FRANKLIN - Funeral rites for Joseph B. Bunch will be held Thursday at 2:30 p.m. at the W.J.M. Holland and Sons funeral chapel instead of Friday as announced yesterday. The funeral company said late yesterday the date had been changed. In addition to survivors listed in yesterday's story, Bunch is survived by a sister, Mrs. Martha M. Lowe, of Suffolk. Bunch, a farmer who lived in Isle of Wight County near Franklin for 50 years, died Monday in Washington, D.C. ****************************************************************************** JOSEPH CARROLL BUNCH Franklin, Feb. 17 - Funeral services for Joseph C. Bunch, who died Monday in Washington, were conducted Thursday at 2:30 p.m. in the W.J.M. Holland and Sons Chapel by the Rev. Ira D. Hudgins, pastor of Franklin Baptist Church. Burial was in Poplar Spring Cemetery. Pallbearers were Jack W. Holland, Aggie Joyner, Harry Vick, Rudolph Rogers, Dorsey Lowe, and Cliff Copeland.
