Boyer was conducted Friday at 11 a.m. in Poplar Spring Cemetery by Dr. Ira D. Hudgins. W.J.M. Holland & Sons Funeral Home was in charge. Pallbearers were S.T. Holland Jr., W.J.M. Holland III, Joel Cook Holland Jr., Gillette Bryant, James C. Wright Jr., Dr. W.T. Tucker and W.E. Giles Jr. Mrs. Boyer, a native of [...] Bethel Hospital after a long illness. She was a daughter of the late Jesse A. and Mrs. Florence Culler Giles of Franklin, Va. Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Stanley T. Holland of Franklin and Mrs. W. Laird Henry Jr. of Cambridge, Md.; and a brother, retired Air Force Col. Robert T. Giles of Windy Hill, S.C.
