ERNEST LEE BRETT

   Como, N.C. - Ernest Lee Brett, 78, died Saturday in his home.

   A native of Hertford County, he was a member of New Hope Methodist Church. 
Survivors include five sisters, Mrs. Gertrude B. Liverman and Thelma Brett, both 
of Murfreesboro, Mrs. Jennie Mae Williams of Windsor, Mrs. Lucille E. Edwards of 
Franklin, and Miss Helen Brett of the home; and six brothers, Lewis and Dennis 
Brett, both of Murfreesboro, Emmett Brett of Philadelphia, and Calvin Brett of 
Chesapeake.

   A funeral service will be held Monday at 4 p.m. in New Hope Methodist Church 
by Rev. Harry Bunch. Burial will be in Black Jack Cemetery. Garrett Funeral, 
Murfreesboro has charge.
