  Funeral services for Jesse Lee Britt, 15, who drowned in Nottoway River on 
Labor Day, will be held in the W.[J.]M. Johnson and Sons Funeral Home Sunday 
at 1 p.m.  He is survived by his parents. Mr. and Mrs. S. Britt, of Handsom, 
four brothers and six sisters. 


Jessie Lee BRITT, son of Sampson & Elizabeth (ARTIS) BRITT, farm laborer, 
b. 26 Apr 1948, Southampton Co., 
drowned 2 Sep 1963*, Nottoway R., near Monroe Bridge, 
interred in Mount Tabor Baptist Church Cemetery*, Newsoms, 3 Sep 1963,
