All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/va/vafiles.htm ************************************************ JAMES LAWRENCE BRADSHAW James Lawrence Bradshaw, 31, a native and lifelong resident of the Franklin community, died suddenly Wednesday morning, July 25, while at work on a dairy farm near Franklin, where he was employed. He was the husband of Mrs. Mary Kathleen Bradshaw of Franklin, and the son of Mrs. Gertrude Peele Bradshaw of Holland and the late W. Linwood Bradshaw. He was a member of the Union Congregational Christian Church at Hunterdale. Besides his wife and mother he is survived by one son, Lawrence Ray Bradshaw of Franklin; two sisters, Mrs. W.J. Edwards of Courtland and Mrs. Ray Vaughan of Newport News; and two brothers, Walter L. and Robert O. Bradshaw of Franklin. Last rites were conducted at the grave in Poplar Spring Cemetery on Thursday afternoon at 3 o'clock by Rev. R.E. Brittle of Suffolk. The pallbearers were D.C. Blythe, Edward Blythe, Howard Blythe, M.B. Blythe, Morris Blythe, Herman Cobb, J.G. Cobb and J.G.
