ODELL BRADSHAW SEDLEY - Funeral services for Mrs. Odell Gay Bradshaw, who died Monday in her home in Palmyra, Fluvanna County, were conducted at 3 p.m. today at the Black Creek Baptist Church by the Rev. C.L. Gatling. Burial was in the church cemetery, with the Purviance Funeral Home of Wakefield in charge. A native of Southampton County, she was a daughter of Simon M. and Mrs. Sarah Wellons Gay. She was a member of Black Creek Baptist Church. Surviving are her husband, George M. Bradshaw, and two daughters, Joyce Ann Bradshaw of Palmyra and Judy Adell Bradshaw of Roanoke; a foster daughter, Mrs. Frank Parks of Norfolk; two foster sons, Eugene L. Cook of Franklin and Sgt. Franklin R. Cook of the U.S. Air Force station in Montana; five sisters, Mrs. L.H. Turner, Mrs. Otelia G. Saunders and Mrs. R.R. Bradshaw of Franklin, Mrs. Mollie G. Joyner of Ivor and Mrs. Allie G. Munford of Sedley; a brother, Clyde M. Gay of Ivor; and seven grandchildren. ****************************************************************************** ODELL GAY BRADSHAW SEDLEY - Mrs. Odell Gay Bradshaw, 50, died Monday afternoon in her home in Palmyra, Fluvanna County. A native of Southampton County, she was a daughter of Simon M. and Mrs. Sarah Wellons Gay. She was a member of Black Creek Baptist Church. Surviving are her husband, George M. Joyner of Ivor and Mrs. Allie G. Munford of Sedley; a brother, Clyde M. Gay of Ivor; and seven grandchildren. The body was taken to Purviance Funeral Home in Wakefield. A funeral service will be held today at 3 p.m. in Black Creek Baptist Church by the Rev. C.L. Gatling. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The body will be in the church at 1:30 and the family will be at the home of R.R. Bradshaw near Black Creek. Lora Odell (GAY; Mrs. George M.)
