Bradshaw, 73, retired farmer, died here Sunday morning during his sleep at the home of his son, J.T. Bradshaw, after an illness of months. He was the son of Richard and Sarah Turner Bradshaw of Southampton County. His wife, Jane Edwards Bradshaw, died about five months ago. He was a member of the Black Creek Baptist Church. Besides his son, he is survived by a daughter, Mrs. N.M. Edwards of Windsor; two brothers, Jacob Bradshaw and Roy Bradshaw of Franklin; a sister, Mrs. Presley Cobb of Franklin; five grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Funeral services were conducted Tuesday at 3 p.m. at the Black Creek Baptist Church by the Rev. Len B. Allen, pastor. Burial was in the church cemetery. Pallbearers were Charlie Holland, M.H. Lowe, Charlie Bulls, E.A. Drewry, Philip Hatfield, L.E. Edwards, Hurley Bradshaw and Alvin Brock.
