BRADSHAW Richard Bradshaw, age 73, farmer and life-long resident of Southampton County, died at the family residence near Burdette Wednesday afternoon after an illness of three months. He is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Thelma Cobb of Franklin; three sons, Percy Bradshaw of Smithfield and Roy and Jacob Bradshaw of Franklin; two sisters, Mrs. Sallie Bradshaw and Miss Penny Bradshaw of Windsor. Funeral services were conducted Thursday afternoon at Black Creek Baptist Church by Rev. R.E. Vellines. Interment was made in the church cemetery. Active pallbearers were Joe Spivey, John Hatfield, Crawford Mumford, Crawley Edwards, William Edwards, Floyd Griffin, Philip Hatfield and Lee Bradshaw. Richard E.
