BRADSHAW Rufus Livious Bradshaw, 30, husband of Emma Lee Uzzel [sic; Uzzell] Bradshaw, of Southampton County, died Friday morning at the home of his sister, Mrs. Gurley Raiford. Besides his wife, he is survived by two sons, Garland Livious Bradshaw and Robert Everett Livious Bradshaw; his parents, A.M. and Martha Hatfield Bradshaw; three sisters, Mrs. Raiford, of Franklin; Mrs. Walter T. Turner, of Carrsville, and Mrs. Surrell Braswell, of Walters; three nieces, Mr. [sic; Mrs.] Howard West, of Newport News; Beverly and Katherine Turner of Carrsville. Funeral services were conducted Sunday afternoon at 3 o'clock at the Black Creek Baptist Church the Rev. W.B. Watson. Burial was in Antioch Christian Church Cemetery. Pallbearers were Surrell Braswell, Walter T. Turner, Gurley Raiford, Joe Braswell, Clyde Uzzel [sic; Uzzell] and Curtis Barnes.
