Barham, of Franklin, died at a Richmond hospital. Mrs. Barham, a former resident of Franklin, moved to Roanoke in 1943 and has made her home there until entering a hospital in Richmond five months ago. Surviving her are one daughter, Mrs. Lelia Barham Kimball, and one granddaughter, both of Roanoke. Funeral rites will be held at Holland Funeral Home here at 11 a.m. with interment in Poplar Spring Cemetery. ****************************************************************************** LUCY PRITCHETT BARHAM Mrs. Lucy Pritchett Barham, 84, former resident of Franklin, died in a Richmond Hospital on Tuesday, February 7, after an illness of many months. Mrs. Barham was the widow of Sidney J. Barham of Franklin and the daughter of the late John Houston and Mrs. Mollie Hayden Pritchett of Henry County. She was a member of West End Methodist Church in Roanoke, in which city she had made her home since 1943 until entering the Richmond hospital five months ago. Surviving her are one daughter, Mrs. Lelia Barham Kimball, and one granddaughter, Miss June M. Kimball, both of Roanoke; three sisters, Mrs. W.C. Eddy of Roanoke, Mrs. J.C. Osborne of Burkeville and Mrs. W.W. Burnette of Hopewell; and one brother, J.H. Pritchett of Roanoke. Funeral services were conducted this (Thursday) morning at 11 o’clock at the Funeral Home of W.J.M. Holland & Sons with Rev. James W. Turner, pastor of High Street Methodist Church, officiating. Interment was in Poplar Spring Cemetery. Pallbearers were J. Fenton Matthews, R.H. Allen, G. Carl Steinhardt, Edward F. Gilliam, Jesse A. Weede, Jr. and Walter Beaman.
