Barron, was conducted Monday at 11 a.m. in the Congregational Christian Church by the Rev. St. Elmo Nauman. Burial was in Poplar Spring Cemetery with W.J.M. Holland & Sons Funeral Home in charge. Pallbearers were Robert M. Osborn, J.B. Johnson, Waring Smith, Sharon Miller, William Ludt and Harvey Lankford, Jr. Mrs. Barron, 72, died Friday afternoon in a hospital. Born in Harrisburg, Pa. she was a daughter of Harry and Mrs. Bertha Baxtresser Bernhardt and the wife of Navarre Thomas Barron. She was a member of Congregational Christian Church. Besides her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Miriam B. Kurbjun of Roanoke; three sons, Navarre T. Barron Jr. of Greenbelt, Md., George G. Barron of Westfield, N.J., and Walter W. Barron of Gunniston, Col.; a brother, Paul Bernhardt of Pompano Beach, Fla.; and seven grandchildren. Mary Esther (BERNHARDT; Mrs. Navarre T. {Sr.}) BARRON, b.
