SKINNER BARNES Mrs. Annie Skinner Barnes, 83, of 1203 Yacht Basin Dr., Colonial Heights, died Wednesday in the Colonial Heights Convalescent Center. She was born in Franklin, Va., the daughter of the late Thomas and Alice Cutchins Skinner. She was the widow of William R. Barnes, Sr. She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Claude B. Coghill of Colonial Heights; son, William R. Barnes, Jr. of Hopewell; half-sister, Mrs. Virginia Wade of Franklin, Va.; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Graveside funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. in Poplar Spring Cemetery in Franklin, Va. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Southside Virginia Emergency Crew or the Walnut Hill Baptist Church Building Fund. The family will receive friends Thursday 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the E. Alvin Small Funeral Home, Colonial Heights. Annie M. (SKINNER; Mrs. William R.
