T. Holt Brantley 

  IVOR - T. Holt Brantley, 82, a retired farmer and a native of Southampton 
County, died Tuesday in his home at Elm Wood [sic; Elmwood] Farm. 

  Brantley was a member of Ivor United Methodist Church.  He had been a member 
of Ivor Masonic Lodge 291 since 1925. 

  Survivors include his wife, Virginia Hazelette Brantley; a son, Robert J. 
Owens of Ivor; three sisters, Mildred B. Lane and Dorothy B. Bryant, both of 
Ivor, and Madeline B. Wills of Virginia Beach; a brother, L.A. Brantley of 
Ivor; and three grandchildren. 

  The funeral will be conducted Thursday at 3 p.m. in Purviance Funeral 
Chapel, Wakefield, by the Revs. E. Lee Chattin and Lewis Harris.  Burial 
will be in Ivor Cemetery. 

  The family will be at the funeral home today from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today. 
Memorial donations may be sent to Ivor United Methodist Church.

THOMAS HOLT BRANTLEY

  T. Holt Brantley, 82, of Ivor died Tuesday, April 2, 1985 in his home at 
Elmwood Farm.

  He was a retired farmer.

  Mr. Brantley was a member of Ivor United Methodist Church.  He had been 
a member of Ivor Masonic Lodge #291 since 1925.

  Survivors include his wife, Virginia Hazelette Brantley; a son Robert J.
