A life-time resident of Franklin, he was the husband of the late Floriene* Holt Bryant; and son of James F. and Mrs. Otelia Gay Bryant. He was a member of Franklin Baptist Church, and an Army officer of World War II. Surviving is an aunt, Mrs. Margaret B. Jones of Franklin, and several cousins. A graveside funeral service will be held Monday at 3 p.m. in Poplar Spring Cemetery. The family will be at his home. In lieu of flowers, memorial will be made to the American Legion Post No. 73.
