Cobb of the Bethel community, died at the home of her parents after a short illness on November 29. She is survived by her parents and five brothers; J.G., Herman, Shelton, Melton and Tony Roy; and five sisters; Ruth, Dorothy, Edith, Grace Ann and Geraldine; also a number of other relatives. Funeral services were conducted at the grave at 2:00 p.m., November 30, by the Rev. R.E. Brittle, the choir of Union Christian Church singing "Safe in the Arms of Jesus" and " Jesus Loves Me." Interment was made in Poplar Spring Cemetery, Franklin. There were many floral tributes, the casket being covered with a pall of white narcissus, carnations and lilies.
