EUNICE CONES COBB

   FRANKLIN - A funeral service for Eunice Cones Cobb will be held at 
3 p.m. today in Franklin Congregational Christian Church.

   Dr. Richard Dickerman will conduct the service.  Burial will be in 
Poplar Spring Cemetery.  Wright Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

   Mrs. Cobb, a native of Isle of Wight County and the widow of Clayton 
Thomas Cobb, died Tuesday.  She was 84.

   Mrs. Cobb was a member of Franklin Congregational Christian Church and 
its Ethel Norfleet Circle.  She was a former member of Smith Ferry Home 
demonstration Club and was a nurse’s aide at Southampton Memorial Hospital 
for 15 years.

   Survivors include a daughter, Page C. Parker of Courtland; a son Robert 
Clayton Cobb of Franklin; a sister, Bernice Cones Oliver of Suffolk; three 
grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
