EDWIN WESTBROOK COBB 

Edwin Westbrook Cobb, 65, of Courtland, died Wednesday night, Southampton 
Hospital.  He was a life resident of the county and a farmer.  He was a 
member of the Courtland United Methodist Church, and former superintendent 
of the Sunday school.  He was the son of the late W.R. L. and Lillian 
Westbrook Cobb, Jr.  Surviving is one brother, Martin R. Cobb of Newsome; 
one niece, Mrs. Kay Cobb Grizzard; one nephew, W.R.L. Cobb IV of 
Tappahannock.  A graveside funeral service will held Friday at 2 P.M. 
Riverside Cemetery, Courtland by the Reverend W.W. Clarke, Jr.  Wright 
Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
