All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/va/vafiles.htm ************************************************ ROBERT WHITE COBB NORFOLK - Robb White Cobb, 72, son of Richard Henry and Elizabeth Martha Dillard Cobb, died Sunday at 4:45 p.m. at his home, 1360 Buckingham Ave. A native of Franklin, he had been a resident of Norfolk 40 years and was a member of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church. He was employed by the Quality Shop in Portsmouth for 25 years. Survivors include a daughter, Miss Esta Louise Cobb of Norfolk, and a sister, Mrs. W.P. Lipscomb, and a nephew, Richard Harrison Libscomb, of Suffolk. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday at 2 p.m. in Emmanuel Episcopal Church, Franklin, by Bishop W.A. Brown and the Rev. Walter Davis, rector of St. Paul’s. Burial will be made in Poplar Spring Cemetery, Franklin.
