Mrs. Coggin was the mother of Mrs. Harry Whitley of this town and is survived by her husband, W.M. Coggin, son of Mrs. S.B. Coggin of Franklin; five daughters, Mrs. Whitley and Misses Margaret, Pauline, Clara Sue and Jane Britton Coggin; three sons, Samuel B., J.E. and Wm. F. Coggin; three brothers and two sisters. Funeral services were conducted in Norfolk by Rev. O.D. Poythress, assisted by the Rev. Dr. Geo. H. Spooner of High Street M.E. Church, Franklin. Lucy Anna (MURFEE; Mrs. William M.)
