Harry W. Carver. Burial was in Olive Branch Cemetery. Pallbearers were Lawrence Cutchins, Bobby Cutchins, Elwood Hollowell, Ronald Herring, Cleveland Herring and Gary Skinner. Cutchins, 54, of 924 B. St. died Friday at 7:30 p.m. in a hospital. A native of Newsoms, he was a son of Mrs. Florida Whitley Cutchins and the late Henry A. Cutchins and the husband of Mrs. Elma Cutchins. He was a Methodist and a retired Norfolk Naval Shipyard pipefitter. He was an Army veteran of World War II. Besides his wife and mother, he is survived by three sons, Norwood W. Cutchins, Jack A. Cutchins, and Relon P. Cutchins Jr., and a sister, Mrs. Doris Maddrey, all of Portsmouth; and four grandchildren.
