Mrs. Cutchins, a native of Franklin, was the widow of Clifford A. Cutchins Jr. She was a member of High Street United Methodist Church. A graduate of Randolph-Mason Woman’s College, she was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, the Colonial Dames, the First Families of Virginia, the Franklin Music Study Club, the Franklin Garden Club and the Franklin Book Club. Survivors include two daughters, Keith C. DeMoss of Nashville, Tenn., and Katherine C. Billingham of Syracuse, N.Y.; a son, Clifford A. Cutchins III of Franklin; nine grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. The funeral was conducted Monday in High Street United Methodist Church by the Rev. A.D. Goodson. Burial was in Poplar Spring Cemetery. Wright Funeral Home handled the arrangements. Memorial donations may be made to the church. Sarah Penelope (VAUGHAN*; Mrs. Clifford A.
