BESSIE BULLS CLARKE

MRS. BESSIE B. CLARKE

   Mrs. Bessie Bulls Clarke, 60, a resident of Southampton County, died in a 
Lynchburg hospital on Friday, February 18, after several years of ill health. 

   A member of the Millfield Baptist Church, near Ivor, Mrs. Clarke was a 
daughter of the late Richard and Rosa Warren Bulls of this county. 

   She is survived by a son Lecter[?] Clarke of Ivor; and three brothers, J.W. 
Bulls of Norfolk, Owen J. Bulls of Ivor, and Richard H. Bulls of Capron. 

   Final rites were conducted at the graveside in Millfield Baptist Church 
Cemetery on Sunday afternoon at 3 o'clock by the pastor, Rev. Julian S. Orrell. 

   Pallbearers were Junius Babb, Crawford Ellsworth, Herman Wade, Fugate 
Warren, R.F. Warren, Jr., and C.E. Womble.
