GEORGE FRANK CLARK

   ZUNI - A funeral service for George Frank Clark was conducted Monday at 
2:30 p.m. in Purviance Funeral Chapel, Wakefield by the Rev. J.W. Horne. 
Burial was in Ivor Cemetery.

   Pallbearers were Junius Wade, Willie Brown, Talmage Edwards, Herman Bowden, 
J.R. Bowden, Roy Cornwell, Roger Britt and James Joyner.

   Clark, 80, died Saturday morning in a Franklin hospital.

   A native of Isle of Wight County, he was a son of George A. and Mrs. 
Elizabeth Bradshaw Clark and the husband of Mrs. Marian Worrell Clark.

   He was a member of Tuckers Swamp Baptist Church.  He was a farmer.

   Besides his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Adlene McCoy of 
Newport News; five sons, Curtis M. Clark of Richmond, F. Raby Clark of Zuni, 
Eldridge M. Clark of Norfolk, and W. Richardson Clark and Wilson W. Clark of 
Newport News; seven grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
