Chambers, 68, of the 3000 block of Lorraine Ave., died July 6, 2000, in Norfolk. Mrs. Chambers, a native of Norfolk, was a retired printer from Norfolk Newspapers with 25 years of service. She is survived by her husband, William Chambers; daughters, Linda Haynes and Sandra Snell; granddaughters, Marsha Snell and Tiffany Overton; great grandchildren, Savannah and Justin Overton; sister, Marian Wright; and a brother Clifton Edwards. The family will receive family and friends at 2 p.m. Sunday at 1024 Parkland Lane, Virginia Beach, Va. 23464.
