There are no close relatives. The body was taken to W.J.M. Holland Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements have not been completed. ****************************************************************************** LILLY MAE COUNCILL Miss Lillie Mae Councill died Sunday night in Riverside Hospital Newport News after a brief illness. She was the daughter of the late John O. and Rhoda Ann Wester Councill of Franklin. She was a member of the Franklin Baptist Church and the American Legion Auxilary No. 73 of Franklin. Funeral services were conducted in Poplar Spring Cemetery Tuesday by the Rev. Ira D. Hudgins, pastor of the Franklin Baptist Church. Pallbearers were L.O. Drake, Lawrence W. Councill, Linwood Magee and D.O. Wright.
