Holland & Sons Funeral Home, by the Rev. R.E. Brittle of Hunterdale United Church of Christ. Burial was in Poplar Spring Cemetery. Pallbearers were Edgar Blythe, James A. Harvey, Everett Harriman, L.B. Battle, S.A. Carr, Robert E. Collins. Carraway, 84, a retired marine engineer, died early Sunday in Lakeside Nursing Home, Suffolk. A native of Cataret County, N.C., he was the husband of Mrs. Mabel Nelson Caraway and a son of Peter Frost and Mrs. Jennie Nelson Carraway. He was a member of Hunterdale Christian Church. Besides his widow, surviving are two sons, Milton Nelson Carraway of Jacksonville, Fla. and William Warren Carraway of Upper Derby, Pa., a daughter, Mrs. W. Allen Doughty of Franklin; five grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
