EDDIE LEE CROSS 

  FRANKLIN, Oct. 28, Eddie Lee Cross, aged 60, died at his home here tonight. 
He is survived by his wife Mrs. Annie Cross, a daughter, Mrs. Olie Davis of 
Winton, N.C., and four sons, Guy, Clyde, Harvey and Eddie Lee Cross, Jr. all 
of Franklin.

  Funeral services will be conducted tomorrow afternoon at 4 o'clock at the 
grave in Sycamore Cemetery.  The Rev. Floyd Davis will officiate.

EDDIE LEE CROSS 

   Funeral services for Eddie Lee Cross who died Sunday night were held Monday 
afternoon at the grave in Sycamore Church Cemetery with the Rev. Floyd P. 
Davis officiating.  Active pallbearers were Hunter and Theon Darden, I.Q. 
Wiggins, Jesse Edwards, Vernon Cotton, J.A. Bittle, Willie Cotton and J.T. 
Vaughan.

   Mr. Cross was 60 years old and is survived by his wife, Mrs. Annie Cross; a 
daughter, Mrs. Olie David of Winton, N.C., and four sons, Guy, Clyde, Harvey 
and Eddie Lee Cross, Jr., all of Franklin.


"Eddie" Edward Lee CROSS [Sr.], of the Franklin area, retired farmer, 
Southampton Co. native, d. 28 Oct 1934, at home, age circa 64*, 
interred in Sycamore Baptist Church Cemetery (Row 3, Plot 32; unmarked**),
