     [Special to The Times-Dispatch.] 
  NEWSOM, VA., December 4.- Thomas Franklin, son of Rev. E.V. and Annie B. 
Carson, aged five years and three months, died this morning of diphtheria.

d. 3 Dec 1908, Newsoms, age 5 & 3 months, 
interred in Hollywood Cemetery*, Newsoms, 4 Dec 1908,
