OTIS BLAIN CRUMPLER 

   Otis Blain Crumpler, 42, died at his home near Berlin early Sunday 
morning, August 2, after a long illness. 

   He is survived by his mother, Mrs. C.E. Raiford of Sedley; two sons, Otis 
B. Crumpler, Jr., and Vernon C. Crumpler, both of Sedley; and four brothers, 
H.D. Crumpler of Burdette, and B.S., L.R. and S.J. Crumpler, all of Sedley.

   Final rites were held on Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the grave in the 
Crumpler family cemetery, near Sedley, with Rev. Julian S. Orrell, pastor of 
the Ivor Baptist Church, officiating.
