All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/va/vafiles.htm ************************************************ JESSE EARL DUFF Jesse Earl Duff, 61, a resident of Carrsville community, and employee of Union Bag-Camp Corp., died early Thursday morning on arrival at Southampton Memorial Hospital from heart attack. He was the husband of Mrs. Jacqueline Bradshaw Duff, and son of the late Daniel and Annie Hall Duff, of Rockbridge County, Virginia. He was also a member of the Baptist Church in Rockbridge County. Surviving besides his wife is one daughter; Mrs. Hazel Daniel, of Washington, D.C.; three sons, Earl, Mills and Larry Duff, all of Carrsville; three grandchildren, three sisters Mrs. L.W. Tyree, Virginia Beach, Mrs. Roy Birch, Sweet Briar, and C.R. Mason, of Franklin. The body was taken to the W.J.M. Holland & Sons Funeral Home, where funeral services will be held Friday at 2:30 p.m. from the Holland Chapel, by the Rev. Edwin C. Thornton, Jr. pastor of Beaver Dam Baptist Church. Burial will be in Southampton Memorial Park Cemetery.
