JIMMIE DAUGHTREY Mrs. Emma Daughtrey died Friday evening, August 13, at her home in Franklin in her thirty-eighth year. She was the daughter of J.E. and Catherine Cobb and was married in 1902 to Jimmie Daughtrey. The deceased was a good and true Christian woman, loyal to her Lord, untiring, unselfish and devoted in her duties as a wife and sister. She was a consistent member of Sycamore Baptist Church, where she had maintained her membership since childhood. She was buried in the church cemetery at Sycamore Saturday afternoon, August 14, the funeral services being conducted from the church by Rev. M.A. MacLean of Franklin. The active pallbearers were her three brothers, Walter, Charlie and Percy Cobb; a brother-in-law, Jimmie Gardner; Linwood Cobb, Charlie Crumpler, Willie and Pat Cotton.
