[Special telegram to the Dispatch.] FRANKLIN, SOUTHAMPTON COUNTY, VA., January 19.- Johnnie Deal, a promising youth of fourteen years, and a son of Mr. J.J. Deal, was instantly killed this evening at 6 o'clock at the corner of Mechanics' street and First avenue.
