PAUL DOUGLAS DUNDALOW

   COURTLAND - Paul Douglas Dundalow, 67, died June 21, in a hospital.

   Mr. Dundalow, a Southampton County native, retired from the Franklin 
Sanitation Department.  He was a member of Courtland Methodist Church.

   Survivors include his wife, Mary Ann Dundalow; two daughters, Barbara 
A. Dundalow of Courtland and Mary Elizabeth Barnes of Plymouth, N.C.; 
two sons, Paul L. Dundalow of Manhattan, N.Y., and James D. Dundalow of 
Winter Park, Fla.; four sisters, Annie E. Dundalow of Suffolk, Hortense 
H. Whitley of Courtland, Grace L. Kotel of Edenton and Sallie M. Gray of 
Newsoms; two brothers, Ernest L. Dundalow of Courtland and Joseph G. 
Dundalow of Franklin; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

    The funeral was conducted Tuesday in Holland-Rideout Funeral Home in 
Franklin by the Rev. Luther Marks.  Burial was in Southampton Memorial Park.
